Step #1 - Attend a virtual online classroom training. This training is in Real-time so your professor is physically present in the classroom to address any/all questions.
Step #2 - Be assigned to a nearby location or testing center to be tested.

To use the online proctoring service you must have access to a computer (PC or Mac). Mobile and tablets are not supported.
You must have a working webcam/mic and a private location. Click here to do a basic system test.

We are experienced professionals from various segments of the foodservice industry and offer students training from experts in food safety education.
