  • To use the online proctoring service you must have access to a computer (PC or Mac). Mobile and tablets are not supported.

  • You must have a working webcam/mic and a private location. Click here to do a basic system test.

  • Directions are in English only

  • Review regulatory requirements to ensure the online exam is accepted in your area.                                

Our staff consist of Certified ServSafe® Instructors and Registered ServSafe® Proctors. We are experienced professionals from various segments of the foodservice industry and offer students training from experts in food safety education. The National Restaurant Association makes sure that we have the most current and relevant materials plus the tools to train you and/or your staff team members.
